Norfolk police wrongly issued £30 fixed penalty notice and have to cough up £1,500 legal fee

Most people would have just paid the £30 fixed penalty, but Gary Davies stood his ground knowing that he had done nothing wrong.

Fortunately Gary sought advice online where I informed him that not only he had not committed a parking offence, but that Norfolk Police were acting unlawfully in prosecuting him for something that was not a criminal offence to begin with.
